Tunes are non refundable once the file is flashed, tested, and accepted by the customer. SNA Tuning is willing and able to correct / modify any tune issues or concerns.

SNA Tuning does offer better pricing for group purchases (eg, multiple people from the same car club want to get tuned ) we value customer loyalty and will offer discounts to those who help the brand grow.

We accept cash, Zelle, Vennmo, and Cashapp. We will soon be accepting credit card payments on the website. 

Burble or " pops and bangs " refers to the noise created while decelerating, the car backfires and pops. This comes included as an option at no additional cost when purchasing a performance tune. You must be catless for burbles. Light to moderate switched burble can be done on Catted vehicles but longevity cannot be guaranteed. 

• There is no warrantee on tunes as performance tunes push vehicles past what they have been designed to do from the factory. Customers interested in a tune should be aware that tuned vehicles require proper maintenance and in most cases supporting mods. Supporting mods are aftermarket parts with different parameters/ specifications over stock. Built cars must be put together and monitored / maintained by professionals with extensive background in motorsport. 
• We provide safe and conservative tunes unless otherwise requested for competition use. 

• We offer performance tunes that are for road use as well as track use only tunes.
•  If you remove any emissions components expect your car to fail 
• inspection / emissions testing. 
• SNA Tuning hereby disclaims any liability resulting from the failure to use tunes in compliance with any applicable federal and state laws. The purchaser takes full responsibility of the use of these products on their vehicles which may or may not conform to all applicable laws and regulations for on road or highway use. 
• The buyer acknowledges that SNA Tuning has made him or her aware which of these products are intended for off road or race track use, only.
• The buyer absolves SNA Tuning from all responsibility in ensuring that their vehicle is compliant with all State, Federal, Province, Local ordinances and emissions.
